Cleaning, render repair, crack treatment and painting of 1,400 m² of street and courtyard facades, with scaffolding over the pavement.
Écully (69130) · 2025
14 cm graphite polystyrene under floated render, new window sills and reveal detailing. Two energy classes gained.
Tassin-la-Demi-Lune (69160) · 2024
Washing, anti-moss treatment, filling and two coats of siloxane paint over 280 m², shutters and gate included.
Villeurbanne (69100) · 2024
900 m² of composite boards on metal framing, with rock wool insulation and a custom layout for the corner facades.
Lyon 2e (69002) · 2024
New opening with a steel lintel, stone jamb restoration and lime render on the facade of a protected city block.
Caluire-et-Cuire (69300) · 2023
An 8-month project in an occupied site: 3,800 m² of facades, balconies and loggias, phased building by building to limit disruption for residents.
